Thank you for you interest in CPR & First Aid

Timely and appropriate bystander care followed by a quick response from professional rescuers gives victims of injury or sudden illness their best chance for survival.

CARDIOPULMONARY RESUSCITATION (CPR)

CPR is a rescue technique delivered to victims whose hearts have stopped beating or in other words are in cardiac arrest.  CPR offers a combination of rescue breathing and chest compressions designed to support a small amount of blood flow to the heart, brain and other vital organs in an effort to “buy time” until Emergency Medical Services arrives and until heart function can be restored.

FIRST AID

Basic First Aid consists of a series of potentially life-saving techniques that can be performed for an ill or injured person with minimal equipment until emergency medical services arrives at the scene.
